My Journey with Yoga
My journey with yoga began when I was a child, joining my mom for her weekly yoga classes. I remember lying quietly on my mat, captivated by the calm energy in the room. Over the years, life took me in many directions, but I always found my way back to the practice. What began as a curious exploration alongside my mom evolved into a lifelong path of self-discovery, healing, and purpose.
My Approach to the Practice
To me, yoga is a practice of remembering - of peeling back the layers we’ve built over time to reconnect with our truest selves. It’s a space to breathe deeply, to feel fully, and to listen inwardly. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection, I aim to help students cultivate awareness, compassion, and trust in their own bodies and lives.
My Teaching Style
I teach a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. Each class invites you to meet yourself where you are - whether you’re building strength and balance, exploring stillness, or seeking restoration. My classes weave together mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-inquiry, encouraging you to take the lessons learned on the mat into the flow of everyday life. Because Yoga doesn’t end when we roll up our mats - it begins there.
