My Story, Your Practice
I've been an athlete for as long as I can remember, but my first yoga class with my mom at the age of 12 sparked a lifelong connection to mindful movement. While bringing wellness practices into adulthood hasn't always been easy, it’s been a transformative journey that’s shaped who I am today.
My curiosity about the body’s mechanics led me to study Fitness and Health Promotion, followed by Psychology, deepening my understanding of both physical and mental well-being. Inspired to share this knowledge, I pursued yoga teacher training under Avani Gilbert, where I honed my passion for combining education with movement.
Through my teachings, I strive to empower others to better understand their own bodies. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, my goal is to guide you toward a more connected, confident version of yourself.
